Town Hall Estates - Keene (T.H.E.) is a not for profit nursing and rehabilitation (rehab.) facility. T.H.E. -Keene operates under the American Religious Town Hall Corporation. We provide a full spectrum of services in both our Short Term Rehab. Unit and our Long Term Nursing Home (L.T.C.). We strive to help every resident live a life full of dignity, purpose, and respect. Whether one of our residents requires medication monitoring or they’d like to sign up for a customized diet, activity schedule, therapy, counseling, we are here to provide for all of their needs.

The later years of life can be especially challenging, but THE - Keene team is here to help. At Town Hall Estates - Keene, we listen to the needs of our residents in order to understand their limitations and discuss potential solutions. Our team works with our residents and their loved ones to customize care plans that will help them lead the lives they want.
House-Keeping
Daily services to keep our residents rooms tidy, clean!
We are proud of our janitorial team. They keep the facilties sparkling clean as well as running a full laundry service.
*Currently it is recommended that all laundry must be done in house.
** Additional sanitation measures are being taken during this time.
24/7 Professional Nursing Care
Professional Nursing Care
Our certified nurses and our certified nursing assistance offer all of our residents 24/7 compassionate, individualized care.
Medical Directors, Dr. Sean Dalley, MD and Dr. Shoaib Khalil, MD. lead our T.H.E. Keene certified nursing staff. Our dedicated team providing every resident the individualized, quality skilled care they need.
Dietary Services & Nutritional Monitoring by a Certified Nutritionist
Our in house culinary staff takes pride in providing many scratch made menu items that our residents enjoy. We also offer Nutritional and Dietary Counseling services, which we are more than happy to offer.
*Currently residents receive room service while T.H.E. dining room is closed.

Medication Monitoring by a
Certified Pharmacist
You know your care is the best.
Our residents medications are closely monitored by our medical doctors, trained nursing staff and our pharmacist, David Lundquist.
Therapy
We offer: Speech, Physical, Occupational, Restorative Rehabilitation
Many of our community members at Town Hall Estates - Keene require some degree of therapy. Our staff is continually monitoring our residents for therapy needs. Our in house therapy is readily available to review and treat. At T.H.E. Keene we listen to our residents story and take a detailed history. To that end, we create an individualized treatment plan including assessment & diagnosis aimed at achieving the functional goals we set together. By catering to the personal needs of each resident, we go a step further to make every resident feel like they’re truly at home at Town Hall Estates - Keene.
Social Services and Counseling
There comes a point in everyone’s life when they may no longer be able to take care of themselves. The mental and physical obstacles that often require a move to Long Term Care can be easier to handle if you have someone to talk to. Town Hall Estates - Keene provides the support that our retirees and their families require. Our Social Worker, Lynda Gouker is happy to talk with T.H.E. residents and families about these services.
Activities
We have Fun!
Our activities team is lead by a professional event planner. She strives to personally invite every resident to join in specially designed social, mental, physical, spiritual, intergenerational, indoor, outdoor and off campus activities. We make sure there’s always something exciting to look forward to at THE - Keene. It’s one of the things that sets our nursing home apart from the rest. We’re passionate about providing opportunities for our residents to make new memories. We encourage friends and family to join our residents and participate the activities our team offers.

Optometry Services
Throughout the year, we provide our residents with regular in house opportunities to check in with our optometrist, Dr. Shopshire.
Dr. Daniel Brian Shropshire, OD, is an Optometry specialist in Dallas, Texas. He attended and graduated from University Of Houston - College Of Optometry in 1984, having over 36 years of diverse experience, especially in Optometry.
Podiatry Services
Our residents have the option to see Dr. Nguyen, our in house podiatrist on a regular basis.
Dr. Dong V Nguyen, DPM, is a Podiatry specialist in Arlington, Texas. He attended and graduated from University Of Osteopathic Medicine And Health Sciences in 1998, having over 21 years of diverse experience, especially in Podiatry
Volunteer Services
Volunteers provide extra smiles, support and friendship.
Many of our community members at THE - Keene would benefit from a friendly visit, someone to socialize and assist them at a game or party. We try to cater to the personal needs of each resident.
